new, hence clean facility.. very nice wooden interior and spacious guest room. many well being food options, overall good food..

crazily long check in waiting time… when I first got there around 4 pm (checkin time 3 pm), still more than 25 groups before me waiting for checkin process. lack of staffing and seamless checkin readiness no response to my questions thru booking.com chat. still no response! no kids friendly for sure. many facilities not allowed for kids below 16 yrs to use.. but understandable and knew about it. would be nice to have some leisure programs for kids though

perfect honeymoon

Park Roche is the place where I made the most beautiful memories in my life. We went there for a honeymoon trip and I think that was a perfect choice and a brilliant substitute for Jeju Island. Part Roche, surrounded by stunning mountains, had comfy accommodation, calming atmosphere, always friendly staff, various wellness programs,,, and so yummy Korean food!. The location is quite in the middle of no where, but we didn't have to go outside of the hotel since they had such nice food and things to enjoy(ex.Sauna and Library) If you are looking for a genuine relaxing vacation, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. I would love to go there anytime again!

Beautiful facility very large rooms yummy breakfast

A getaway in the middle of nowhere

Conscientious staff. Well kept hotel.

Out in the middle of nowhere. Once had an active ski lift during the Olympics, but that is now shut down and just the cable car is running. There is nothing else around, so the only eating options are at the hotel.

역시 휴식에는 파크로쉬 강추

여기는 두번째 방문이에요. 그때 너무 좋아서 다시 방문했습니다. 추후에도 또 방문할 예정입니다. 위치는 불편하지만 조용함을 좋아하는 사람에게는 딱이에요. 그리고 편안하고. 분명 투숙객은 많아보였지만, 많이 붐비거나 하는 느낌은 아니라 휴식할때 가면 아주 좋아요.

아무래도 딱 파크로쉬만 있어서 주변에 아무것도 없다는게 단점. 식사같은 부분을 안에서 해결해야하니 선택의 폭이 좁다는게 단점입니다. 저녁 식사 투고로 주문했는데... 네... 고객이 많다보니 그러셨으리라 이해하겠습니다. 다음 이용시에는 투고.. 는 더 생각해봐야 할듯합니다.
